Thank you to the dear Family and Friends of Cindy Farrimond who shared wonderful aspects of her life and legacy with us today at the service in her honor.

It was so awesome to see so many Dancers and members of BW Artistic and Administrative Staff (past and present) in attendance, like circles of extended families.

Thank you also, BW Guild Members for showing your love and support for Cindy’s legacy.

We hope you’ll visit The Nutcracker Giving Tree in the lobby of Capitol Theatre during Ballet West’s run of Willam Christensen’s THE NUTCRACKER!

The tree is covered with pointe shoes signed by our Ballet West artists. See if you can find the pointe shoes of your favorite dancers!

When you visit The Nutcracker Giving Tree, there is also an opportunity to participate in a collective gift to the Frederick Quinney Lawson Ballet West Academy In Memory of Robert Arbogast who was a Principal Dancer with Ballet West and later a beloved Member and President of Ballet West Guild. Simply scan the QR code on the posted signage.

Performance tickets are available at www.balletwest.org. You can also purchase great merch at the Ballet West Boutique… like Brent’s awesomely ugly sweater, which is actually rather handsome with images designed by Ballet West staff member Mika Seltenrich!

Part of our tradition at the Guild’s Annual Holiday Gathering and Gift Exchange is inviting folks to “Stuff Robert’s Stocking.”

This is a contribution to the Guild’s annual collective gift to the Frederick Quinney Lawson Ballet West Academy In Memory of Robert Arbogast who was a Principal Dancer with Ballet West and later a beloved Member and President of Ballet West Guild.

This year, our Scholarship Chair Dee Gauss knitted a new, custom stocking for us to STUFF. It’s beautifully symbolic of Utah, Ballet West, and the Guild’s endearing love and appreciation for Robert Arbogast.
