Our Guild members had a great time at the Park City Gallery Stroll last Friday.

Gallery Mar hosted Ballet West for a reception and many beautiful costumes by Ballet West were displayed at venues along Main Street.

We had the pleasure of hearing from Ballet West Artistic Director Adam Sklute, Executive Director Michael Scolamiero, Director of the Frederick Quinney Lawson Ballet West Academy, Evelyn Cisneros-Legate, and the Peggy Bergmann Park City Campus Principal Allison DeBona. 🥰

We hope you’ll visit The Nutcracker Giving Tree in the lobby of Capitol Theatre during Ballet West’s run of Willam Christensen’s THE NUTCRACKER!

The tree is covered with pointe shoes signed by our Ballet West artists. See if you can find the pointe shoes of your favorite dancers!

When you visit The Nutcracker Giving Tree, there is also an opportunity to participate in a collective gift to the Frederick Quinney Lawson Ballet West Academy In Memory of Robert Arbogast who was a Principal Dancer with Ballet West and later a beloved Member and President of Ballet West Guild. Simply scan the QR code on the posted signage.

Part of our tradition at the Guild’s Annual Holiday Gathering and Gift Exchange is inviting folks to “Stuff Robert’s Stocking.”

This is a contribution to the Guild’s annual collective gift to the Frederick Quinney Lawson Ballet West Academy In Memory of Robert Arbogast who was a Principal Dancer with Ballet West and later a beloved Member and President of Ballet West Guild.

This year, our Scholarship Chair Dee Gauss knitted a new, custom stocking for us to STUFF. It’s beautifully symbolic of Utah, Ballet West, and the Guild’s endearing love and appreciation for Robert Arbogast.
