We are holding two screenings of film footage of Ballet West’s production of Smuin’s Romeo and Juliet that was performed on February 23, 1990.
Our Salt Lake City screening will be Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
Our Park City screening will be Sunday, February 20, 22022.
This 1990 run was the last time Ballet West staged the Smuin production, with costumes by our beloved Director of Costume Production Emeritus David Heuvel, and with lead roles danced by former Principal Dancer and current Ballet Master Jane Wood (in the role of ‘Juliet’) and former Principal Dancer and past Guild President Robert Arbogast (dancing the role of ‘Romeo’).
These screenings are in collaboration with Ballet West and are an exclusive opportunity for Ballet West Guild Members only.
We require advance RSVP and proof of full vaccination to attend a screening. Capacity is limited.
